Connie Lindsey will be moving to a newly established position of head of corporate social responsibility. As head of corporate social responsibility, Lindsey will be responsible for the design and implementation of Northern Trust's corporate social responsibility goals, strategy, policies and programs worldwide. Laurie Neu will succeed Connie Lindsey as segment head for public entities and institutions. In her new role, Andersson, who is a native Swedish speaker, is responsible for identifying opportunities to market Northern Trust’s asset servicing and asset management solutions to a diverse client base including insurance companies, pension funds, charities and fund managers, across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. Parker comes to the Asia-Pacific region from Northern Trust's London office, where she has held leadership roles over the past 15 years, most recently as executive vice president and head of client servicing for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
